At XMARK, we stand behind the quality of our strength training equipment and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your XMARK account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble the equipment if necessary and secure all components, hardware, and manuals inside the original heavy-duty shipping cartons to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
